Most legit vendors are only selling the precursors now.
''ADBB Precursor" to be exact. Try checking with your previous suppliers if they are capable of making the precursor. I hope this info will be helpful to those looking for noids out there. My team is working on this currently and if theres any progress i will let all of you know with proof. good day

This is what you guys will need

1) ADBB precursor (main material)
2) Three auxiliary material:
DMF ( Cas: 68-12-2 )
Anhydrous Pottasium Carbonate ( Cas: 584-08-7)
Bromobutane ( Cas: 109-65-9 )

3) Tools:
Stainless Steel or Glass Reaction Bottle with stirring and heating function
PH Detector and disposable filter paper
Buchner Funnel;vaccum filtration kit;vacuum pump

*If you use 1kg main material one time,5L capacity is enough*

I want to learn serious chemistry.
Why some cannabinoids require strong bases like sodium hydride, but this is just potassium carbonate?
What should i learn to understand this difference?

The alkylation reaction proceeds under various conditions. Strong bases allow the reaction to proceed faster, but they can affect the ester or amide group. Then the route above may not work.

Did this work out? I have not heard anything good about it! its still in the air? I do see that they are sending kits but so do they work?

Due to prohibitions in China, they can send flour, and not a real reagent.

Truth is this : 5CL kits work, ADBB kits dont ( I heard now they say that have new version of adbb kit which I not tried). I talk from experience

This synth, in the ingredients list one can find L-tert-leucine (63038-27-7) and L-tert-leucinamide (75158-12-2). It is not clear to me which one ( or both) is to be used, or if this is an option given to the chemist. Is it reasonable to say that Adb-b would be a tert-leucinamide derivative and mdmb-4en-pinaca would be a terc-leucine one? The adb-pinaca procedure suggests using tert-leucinamide and simultaneously mdmb-4en-pinaca is pointed as being the adb-pinaca derivative + the fluoro at carbon 5 in a number of places, but if structures are reviewed, one can find this difference and I can't tell exactly how high of a relevance this issue has. Just to seal the confusion over some observation time is, at the 'in-more-detail synthesis' described on the mdmb-4en-pinaca thread either reagent is nowhere to be found. I'm convinced I'm missing something so I will ask away, where is it, or why is it not?
