Have some doubt about Mephedrone

I want to discuss some things about Mephedrone, i hope you give me your precious 10 minutes

(1) I'm reading synthesis of 4mmc for last 1-2 month, and I'm very much interested in making 4mmc. I don't have any experience in chemistry, but i think i understand 80% of the process and i think i can pull this off, I find this one easy "Synthesis by Madre". What do you guys this about this synthesis? Or do you recommend something else?
i need easy and less time consuming and more yeild synthesis.

(2) 2nd thing is can't find 2b4mp, so I'm thinking of making this, but 4-methylpropiophenone is also i think regulated in ____ (I won't say country name But it starts with IN and its one of the largest population country) , because seller ask for documents "end user certificate EUC" to purchase this. So do you guys know any way i can get 2b4mp or 4-methylpropiophenone unofficially?

( I know its dumb but do we have any fellow chemist from my country here?)

(3) I'm thinking of when i get all the things ready, I'll ask help from some of experienced chemist, like a small group or something where i just post pic when i get confused and ask for advice ( I hope some of you guys volunteer for this)

(4) this one is not related to synthesis but how to consume it, where i live people mix 4mmc with chewing tabaco (its called rajnigandha) they mix it and put it in mouth and make Saliva (spit), it's gives burning sensation on tongue, its feels very euphoric and energetic and this feeling goes on for 30 minutes or something, they they spit the saliva out of the mouth, and then they repeat this again, 1 gram last them 3-4 tries of this method. So what do you guys of think of this method of consuming, and what are the other ways to consume this.

Kiteretsu_DYou need to pay a small amount of customs duty, usually a few dollars to dozens of dollars. If you don't pay, they won't give the package to you, and they won't go out of their way to inspect the package.

BK4 and MA HCl you can easily purchase from Chinese vendors without any problems, they provide custom clearance and they relable the goods.

cold synthesis is very easy to perform, no need to monitor temperature constantly
