Is there an alternative or easier way to ice bath?

I can not do with the tap due to the fact that the tap water is hot, it is tiring to constantly change the ice of the ice bath. Is there an easy way?

B.d.p.n.eYou can also try acetone and carbonic snow (CO2 powder usually found in fire extinguishers ) to essentially make a cold water bath, but it is pretty dangerous.
