Converting Black Tar Heroin Into Heroin #4

Due to Heroin #4 becoming increasingly difficult to find I was wondering if there was a simple way to convert black tar heroin into #4?
Clearly my chemistry background is very minimal but these are different times and for whatever reason, acquiring fent free black tar heroin is now much easier than getting heroin #4.

Technically this is not possible. BTH is mostly 6-MAM instead of actual heroin.
You can make "cheese" heroin with OTC paracetamol hydrochloride. That's pretty close.

actaully you can but it wont be heroin except just the tiny bit thats in the tar . it will be hydrochloride though . just freebase tha tar then react the freebase with hcl whatever is in the tar tiny heroin probably and mostly 6 mam will become hydrochloride instread of the sulphate it orginaly was . wihich u can snort and aslo shooting it is not as bad for your body
