Reacting lisdexamfetamine to get d-amphetamine?

How would i go about achieving d-amph from lisdex?

I understand i'd need to react with a base to obtain just d-amph but I can't find anything on what base i would need

1. It's the same bases used for practically everything else that requires a strong base on this site: NaOH or KOH. It's hydroxide ions you want for the reaction you're thinking of.

Well im not going to cut myself for this shit, but sometimes when i brush my teeth i spit blood, would this work or would the saliva be a problem? Alternatively I often bleed when i shit, so i could use that blood, mostly its clean blood and not coming along with feces so it should be good, just cant really rely on it happening too often. How much would I need realistically?

waltershiteYou'll need something to stop it colagulating too, in the paper they use EDTA. How much blood depends on how much lisdexamfetamine you're trying to convert and how soluble it is in blood.
